Meet the Founder

Dr. Paul is a beloved teacher all over the world and has pioneered the movement of Integrative & Pro-Consciousness Medicine for the last 25 years. He founded Quantum University, an online degree-granting university, that teaches the leading edge of Quantum Medicine. Project Noosphere was born out of his desire and vision to see the world healed and his belief in the power of consciousness and global coherence.
